* How to cover a cake with buttercream

* How to fill a piping bag

* How to pipe with a star nozzle

DURATION: 2 nd day

OBJECTIVES:AT THE END OF THE CLASS YOU WILL BE ABLE TO:

* Mix buttercream in different ways 

* Know when to use gel or powder coloring

* Cut a cake in two layers

* Level a cake

* Cover a cake with buttercream with sharp edges and smooth sides

* Fill a piping bag 

* Pipe with a star nozzle in different ways
